About Austbreck
Austbreck represents one of the most innovative and technologically advanced manufacturers for the rail industry. With a modern factory and head office located in Melbourne, Austbreck commenced manufacturing in Australia in the late 1970's. A secondary facility was subsequently established in Sydney in 2000 to cater for our eastern seaboard clients and recently Industrial power transfer systems have been introduced to our product range.
Austbreck is a subsidiary of the successful United Kingdom based Fandstan Electric Company Limited which boasts sister companies in the UK, USA, Germany, Netherlands, France, Poland and Taiwan.
At the heart of Austbreck is a dedicated, highly motivated and qualified workforce. Our core skills and experience form the basis of a capability to deliver tailored solutions to customer requirements, drawing as it does on the combined experience of individuals with backgrounds in rail and industrial products and the support of a 1,000 strong workforce through its sister companies worldwide.

With many long standing staff, this year we are proud to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of a number of our loyal and dedicated colleagues. A special plaque commemorates this wonderful achievement and is proudly on display in the Austbreck Melbourne foyer.
